Introducing the Junior Chef Course, designed to unleash your child’s culinary potential!

Duration: 5 days
Week two: 15 – 19 July 2024
Time: 9am – 12pm (8 – 16 years old)
Location: International Culinary Studio Training Kitchen, 1/57 Warrington Street, Christchurch
Give your child the gift of being self-sufficient in the kitchen! They’ll learn essential culinary skills, techniques, and gain hands-on experience under the guidance of experienced chefs.
Total Cost: $300 per student per week. $65 per 1 lesson
Our Chef will be teaching the kids a great set of cooking and baking skills.
WEEK 2
15 July – Chicken Tenders with Stuffed Baked Potato & Chocolate Cupcakes
16 July – Dumplings with Dipping Sauce & Stir-fry Veg
17 July – Handmade Focaccia open Sandwich & Churros with Dip Sauce
18 July – Curry and Rice & Traditional New Zealand Nut and Seed Bar
19 July – Smash Burger with Loaded Fries & Apple Crumble
