The struggle is real

Working full time and also looking after a family of four, I really loved the concept of International Culinary Studio’s City & Guilds Diploma where you are able to prove your learning through online materials/digital platform without having to go through schooling and therefore putting your life on hold for the time of diploma. This has enabled me to continue working as normal and when time allows, going through my learning programs whenever I have a chance

Helping me to pursue my passion

On this program, you have the flexibility to study from anywhere, at anytime and this is a huge bonus for people who have very active life style but are still seeking to pursue their passions.

I have found that the learning materials are well written and condensed in a way that made it easy for me to go through and retain the information through the quizzes.

The quizzes are fun as they push me to do better every time and I love to see the positive results

I enjoy being able to do the practical assignments at my own rhythm, sometimes bashing 2 recipes at a time when I know I will not be able to dedicate any time during the week
And of course that my kids can enjoy the desserts and be my food critics. We have also used those practicals to donate at events so that it helps to raise money from it. Nothing is ever lost or wasted

Never give up on that qualification

I can go days without even looking at the program and what needs to be done and when that happens, after some time I remember the reason why I started this in the first place and I jump on the computer to do some catching up.

Although I have been baking for a long time, to obtain a recognized diploma will push me to finally realize my dreams: make a living out of my passion in cooking
