Welcome to 2022! Our team are all well rested after a lovely Christmas holiday break and ready for what is shaping up to be a busy year! We have plenty of exciting things planned and our January newsletter gives you just a taste of things to come! New Zealand Certificate in Cookery Level 4 – Dates for 2022!
Keen to begin your culinary study this year? We have the following intake dates available for the New Zealand Certificate in Cookery Level 4. We will advise of further intakes as they come available.
When putting your application in, please allow plenty of time for the enrolment process as we will need all enrolment documents and Studylink (NZQA Courses) confirmation before you are able to begin.
22nd February 2022 intake – Ends 1st November 2022
29th March 2022 intake – Ends 13th December 2022
You are welcome to begin our Global Certificate, Global Diploma, range of industry and hobbyist short courses or Junior Chef and Home School courses at any stage.

International Culinary Studio are immensely proud they have been recognised by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation as delivering high standards of culinary arts education. Both our Global Diploma in Professional Cookery and Global Advanced Diploma in Professional cookery have now received ACEF approval.

We are excited to introduce our NEW Junior Chef Culinary Skills Programme a perfect way to develop your child’s culinary skills from the comfort of your own kitchen.
Our Junior Chef Culinary Skills Programme provides children, aged 10-16, with an insight into the culinary world, developing many of the cooking, baking and technical skills they will need if they decide to turn their passion into a career.

I’m officially a migrant, but after 26 years living in New Zealand, I’m almost a Kiwi?
I have travelled extensively throughout Europe particularly, and love eating regional cuisine’s, and also cooking them at home. The Māori influence on New Zealand dining is particularly exciting, and is something I’m learning more about currently. Having two young daughters who are also excited by food and cooking is pretty cool too! My professional background has involved Sales and Marketing for a variety of companies. I’m also involved in my own business, supplying niche meats to the restaurant trade.
Good food makes me smile, as does seeing students from all walks of life, and all life stages discover online study as an achievable way of making their own food dreams happen!

Initially the Global Diploma in Professional Cookery will be available to promote, and other courses will be added over time. These courses are very sought after as they are approved by Worldchefs, City & Guilds and ACF (American Culinary Federation).
