Have fun designing your 3 course menu, entrée, main and dessert. Think “healthy”, here’s a couple of websites that might give you some ideas:
You must include ONE of the following ingredients in ALL three courses, e.g carrot in your entrée, main and dessert.
Choose from: Pineapple, Pumpkin, Kumara, Eggs, Carrot
2. Your Team
Submit a picture of your team – must include at least 1 adult and 1 child.
3. Finished Dishes
Submit a picture(s) of your entrée, main and dessert.
The cooking should be done by the child/ children – with adult supervision.

Submissions close 19th October and the prize will be drawn on International Chef’s Day 20th October.
