What are the Minimum Enrolment Requirements

  • You must be 20 years or older and have the ability to read, write and speak English.
  • Must have successfully completed a Diploma in Professional Cookery  and/or Diploma in Patisserie.
  • Minimum of 2 years working in the industry in a supervisory position or being trained in a supervisory position in a commercial kitchen.
