Entry requirements:

You must be 14 years or older

Online Studies

You will complete your studies from you own home or workplace, via our Learner Management System. Once registered, your student experience will be accessible and your learning material available on any pc, portable or mobile smart device (technology programme requirements). Our Instructors will be available and will guide you through your programme to successful course completion.

On completion of our Front of House programme, you could progress to any of our other short courses. We would recommend Barista as a good add -on.

Outline

Record customer orders, use active listening, dealing with customers in a professional manner, customer problem solving, teamwork, using ordering systems and equipment.

On completion of this course you will be awarded with an International Culinary Studio Front of House certificate and digital badge.

The holder of this digital badge has successfully completed the Front of House short course with International Culinary Studio.

This course includes valuable skills hospitality owners are looking for in their Front of House staff including customer service, team work, taking orders, preparing for food and beverage service, serving and clearing of food and drinks.

Our learning style ensures the badge holder is self-motivated and can competently complete tasks allocated.

These skills are learnt via our blended learning model which is a combination of theory and practical assignments. Every practical assignment is videoed and submitted to our instructors for feedback.
