Duration: 5 days
Start Date: 22 – 26 January 2024
Time: 9am – 12pm (8 – 16 year old)
Location: International Culinary Studio Training Kitchen, 1/57 Warrington Str, Christchurch
Give your child the gift of being self-sufficient in the kitchen! They’ll learn essential culinary skills, techniques, and gain hands-on experience under the guidance of experienced chefs.
Total Cost: $300 per student
Our Chef will be teaching the kids a great set of cooking and baking skills.
Below are some details of what they will be teaching the kids during the 5 day programme.
Day 1: Learn to make Fresh Pasta and a Tasty Beef Sauce.
Day 2: Learn to hand fill Dumplings and Learn different Icing Techniques for Icing a Cupcake.
Day 3: Chicken Cordon Bleu, Serve with a Vegetable Skewer and Wedges.
Day 4: Create the Perfect Pizza with Toppings and make fresh fruit Kebabs.
Day 5: Create Home-made Cookie Dough to make 5 different flavoured Cookies.
Learn to make a range of Handcrafted Filled and Shaped Chocolates.
