Course Duration

  • This is a self-paced home study course that can be completed in a time frame that suits you.
  • You can work through the material as fast as you like, but a maximum of 10 months is given to complete this programme.
  • This programme has an average expected duration of 360 hours
  • This programme has a minimum average of 185 hours for Industry Practical
  • Course material is completed online via our Learner Management System, Canvas.
  • Our Learner Management System can be accessed via mutliple devices : Desktop, Tablet & Mobile

On completion of this course, you will be awarded with:

City & Guilds Diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking (Patisserie) (8065-03)

  • Monthly Payment @ $ 1000 Deposit followed by 6 Monthly Payments of $ 917 per month, or
  • Weekly Payment @ $ 1000 Deposit followed by 20 Weekly Payments of $ 275 per week.

**To complete the City & Guilds qualification, you must be able to comply with the City & Guilds requirements, whereby you will be able to work in Industry in the country you are completing your studies in, and attend the nearest approved City & Guilds exam centre at your own cost.

Minimum Enrolment Enquiries

  • You must be 16 years or older, with a minimum of 8 years schooling.
