Course Duration

  • This is a self-paced home study course that can be completed in a time frame that suits you
  • You can work through the material as fast as you like, but a maximum of 10 months is given to complete the programme
  • This programme has an average expected duration of 350 hours

What are the Minimum Enrolment Requirements?

  • You must be 20 years or older.
  • Must have successfully completed a Diploma in Food Preparation & Culinary Arts 8065-02 and/or Bakery / Patisserie 8065-03
  • Minimum of 2 years working in the industry in a supervisory position or being trained in a supervisory position in a commercial kitchen.
  • If English is not your first language, you will be required to provide evidence of your English Language skills. This is an IELTS result of a General or Academic score of 5.5 with no band score lower than 5.  For more information please visit ielts.org
Are There Any Other Additional Costs?
